1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and v7v ("v7v", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the v7v website located at https://v7v.onl and all associated services, games, promotions and features (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility & Registration
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services. v7v may request proof of age at any time, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on v7v. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts โ whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses โ is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being suspended and all associated Balances being voided.
Registration Details
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Permitted Jurisdictions
The Services are intended for players located in Bangladesh. Players located in Restricted Territories must not register or use the Services. v7v reserves the right to geo-restrict access at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. v7v will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
Protecting Your Credentials
You agree to:- Use a strong, unique password for your v7v Account.
- Not share your login credentials with any other person.
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
- Notify v7v immediately upon discovering any unauthorised use of your Account.
Liability for Account Actions
All wagers, deposits and withdrawal requests made through your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you. v7v accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
v7v supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: เงณ500. Maximum single deposit: เงณ200,000.
- Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly in most cases.
- You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- v7v reserves the right to request supporting documentation before crediting unusually large deposits.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: เงณ500. Maximum single withdrawal: เงณ500,000.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
- Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6).
- Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
- v7v reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending additional identity verification.
Identity Verification
v7v may require you to submit government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership before approving withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Eligibility & Wagering
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by v7v are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
Bonus Abuse Policy
v7v actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to deplete wagering requirements without genuine play, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and exploiting promotional terms in bad faith. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be suspended permanently.
First Deposit Offer
New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to เงณ20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the promotional terms active at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible player and is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering requirement and an expiry period as specified in the active promotion details.
7. Gameplay & Fair Play
All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and crash titles available on v7v are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Fair Play Obligations
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on v7v:- Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or platform feature.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error may be voided.
- Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud or money laundering.
- Placing wagers for the purpose of laundering illegally obtained funds.
Void & Cancelled Bets
v7v reserves the right to void, cancel or reverse any wager where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, human error in odds setting, or where the outcome of a sporting event has been determined to be manipulated. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
8. Responsible Gaming
v7v is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of self-management tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings.
Voluntary Exclusion
Any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be deactivated and access to the Services will be blocked. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the v7v Platform โ including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and layout โ is the intellectual property of v7v or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, mirror, frame, transmit, sell or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of v7v. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of v7v's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
Platform Uptime
v7v endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Services but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. v7v accepts no liability for losses arising from service downtime.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v7v's total liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. v7v is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, storage and processing of your personal data by v7v is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. v7v does not sell your personal data to third parties and processes it only as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
12. Account Termination & Suspension
Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
v7v reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, provision of false registration information, prohibited geographic access, bonus abuse, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, v7v encourages Players to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being filed, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in accordance with established arbitration rules, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
14. Miscellaneous Provisions
Complete Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and v7v with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations or agreements.
Invalid Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Non-Waiver
No failure or delay by v7v to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude any other or further exercise of that right or any other right.
Governing Language
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
